Fill in the following information:
User Name: Please enter the first letter in the first name followed by the last name. In cases where duplicate usernames occur, additional characters from your first name will be used. For example, John Doe would be jdoe and Jane Doe would be jadoe.
Password: GroupWise WebAccess requires you to enter a password. Passwords are initially set to the birth date (ex. May 16, 1989 becomes 051689), which must be changed the first time a user logs in. When creating the new password, select one with 5 or more characters, preferably a mix of numbers and letters. The password is case-sensitive.
